Nursery Finances
  • Fees are due in advance on the 1st of the month
  • We accept Direct Debit, Tax Free Childcare, Childcare Vouchers, Workplace Nursery Agreements & Government Funding
  • Registration fee of £250 is required to book your place. This is a one off fee, and is non-refundable should you cancel your booking
  • Nursery fees are due during any period of sickness, personal or public holidays
  • Our fees are calculated across 51 weeks of the year as we close for the week between Christmas and New Year.
  • Monthly invoices are provided prior to payments being taken
  • Late fees may be applied to overdue payments
  • Direct Debit is managed via Stripe and Famly (Our nursery management software)
  • You can view your payments, invoices and account balance in Famly at any time.
Funding
  • Please bear in mind that funding may only be available from the start of term after your child turns 9 months / 2 years old / 3 years old. Term start dates are January / April / September.
  • Funding is also only available if approved before the cut off date 31st March / 31st August / 31st Dec. Any funding shortfall will need to be paid by the bill payer.
  • Annual funding is spread evenly across the 52 weeks of the year, and can only be claimed for weeks your child attends the nursery.
